How can I make potato soup?
Ingredients:
- 5-6 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1/4 l milk
- 1 litre water
- A little butter
- A few slices of bread, preferably old bread
- Salt, nutmeg, curry or chili as desired
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into small pieces and steam it in a little butter until glassy.
- Add the peeled and diced potatoes and fill up with water and milk.
- Cook for about 15 minutes until soft, while cutting the bread into cubes and roasting in butter until crispy.
